FROM APPRECIATION. BECOMES VALUE CREATION.

Our references are the result of hard work and passion. Our goal: the highest quality of results, sustainability and efficiency. We know complex procedures and optimize them into strategies and processes that make sense. In doing so, we see ourselves as an objective partner. We find answers to difficult questions - operational, technical or process-related.

BENCHMARK QUALITY. FOR OVER 150 YEARS

Our fascination for manufacturing and model making looks back on more than 150 years of company tradition founded by the family Misslbeck from Ingolstadt. We have continuously adapted to the requirements of current markets and future industries. This long and successful family history looks back on pioneers and designers who continue to shape the company of today. MT Technologies with its subsidiary C-CON is represented at 10 locations throughout Germany and was able to strengthen its leading top position in the business units engineering, design, production and system integration through the international participation of Ayala Corporation Industrial. This means we are ideally equipped for change. At MT Technologies, digitalization and innovative technologies are at work along the entire production value chain. In this way, we are increasing the flexibility and quality of our manufacturing processes. This modernization also benefits our employees in the long term.

Digitalization meets craftsmanship. From drawing to series production - in the company's own, optimally secured design center, we bring ideas to life in virtual worlds and develop them as physical implementations in different areas. Nothing replaces the feeling of standing in front of a real model. Thus, the perspective is realistic and lifelike for the human eye.

MILESTONES INNOVATIONS SINCE 1869

Our deep connection to model making and manufacturing goes back to 1869, a wood turning company founded by Michael Misslbeck. Today, MT Technologies, with its headquarter in Ingolstadt, is an international company and pioneer in the fields of model making, engineering, lightweight construction, interior and exterior design, and systems integration. MT Technologies with its subsidiary C-CON has 10 locations throughout Germany and employs over 300 people. Groundbreaking progresses, that is our chronology.

150 YEAR COMPANY ANNIVERSARY

MT Technologies proudly looks back on 150 years of company history, consolidating its global presence in the automotive industry and in high-growth, cross-industry markets. Originating from a turnery business that Michael Mißlbeck founded in 1869, a flagship company for the automotive industry has emerged, always driven by the roots of the Ingolstadt-based family business. Fresh ideas and excellent implementation ensure MT Technologies' top position for the future.

MT TECHNOLOGIES ACQUIRES 75% OF THE C-CON GROUP

Well prepared for future mobility. The merger of two family-owned companies with a long tradition under the financially strong umbrella of AC Industrial means that the innovative engineering, process management and lightweight construction business units with C-CON's CFRP technology complement MT Technologies' manufacturing expertise in model and mold design. Now both companies have in total 10 locations in Germany. The amalgamation of the two companies is the basis for successfully competing in the complex market.

FOUNDATION OF THE MISSLBECK WOODTURNING BUSINESS

From a wood turner to a successful group of companies. Not only the common first and last name connects the company founder with today's managing director Michael Misslbeck, but also the joy of precision and quality consciousness. Founded in 1869 as a turnery on the site of the old military railway station in Ingolstadt, Misslbeck and his employees produced high-quality furniture, kitchen utensils, ornate stair railings and special barrels for breweries. A showcase company that laid the foundation for today's international MT Technologies.
